Ms. Euteneuer has significant experience in the captive insurance provider market. As General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at a large captive insurance provider, she navigated the complex and evolving state, federal, and international insurance, financial services, and tax laws; managed outside counsel, litigation, and complex insurance claims; and established best practices and maintained proper corporate governance. While in this role, she was recruited to be a board member of the Tennessee Captive Insurance Association (“Association”) where she currently serves on its board.
Upon transitioning back to private practice, Ms. Euteneuer has maintained her board position and is actively engaged in the Association. With her extensive experience and professional relationships, she is able to introduce and facilitate relationships with business clients that allow them to explore, and if appropriate, take advantage of, opportunities in the captive insurance industry.
