This November marked the tenth year since Jerry Katz’s passing. Jerry had a profound impact on the Firm not only as an exceptionally knowledgeable, talented, and well-respected tax and business attorney, but also as a calm, patient, empathetic steward of
PK Law.
For the third year, in Jerry’s honor and memory, the Firm got together for the Gerald M. Katz Client Appreciation Award, an annual award given to a member of the PK Law family who exemplifies Jerry’s spirit in his endearing relationships with his clients; that is, his appreciation for his clients and their appreciation for him.
This year’s GMK Client Appreciation Award went to Tia Baysmore. Tia has been with the Firm since 2009 when the Medical Malpractice group joined PK Law. As a senior paralegal in the group, Tia is responsive to the needs of our clients with whom she interacts with regularly. She is calm under pressure and patient with the demands placed upon her. She is an ambassador of goodwill for PK Law.
