A very big THANK YOU to EVERYONE who pitched in to help with the 2024 PK Law Food Box Drive this year. This year we received more help than ever from our attorneys and staff (TDS included) across all three offices with purchasing food, filling boxes, donation purchases of boxes, coordinating delivery of boxes, loading boxes for pick-ups and deliveries, and box deliveries.

This year 160 boxes of food were delivered to the following locations:

At-a-Glance – 15 boxes

Harford Family House – 25 boxes

Baltimore Arc – 25 boxes

Gallagher Mansion (GEDCO) – 17 boxes

Epiphany House (GEDCO) – 13 boxes

Harford House (GEDCO) – 15 boxes

Micah House (GEDCO) – 17 boxes

Ana’s House (My Sister’s Place) – 33 boxes

This was PK Law’s 15th annual Holiday Food Box Program. The PK Law Food Box Program is a PK Law volunteer activity where PK Law employees, family members and friends come together to pack boxes with breakfast, lunch and dinner food items. The boxes are stacked in the firm’s reception area and throughout the holidays PK Law employees, business associates, clients, family and friends are asked to contribute $10 towards each box.  Box “donation/purchasers” are given the opportunity to write a holiday greeting or other warm message on their purchased boxes.  The boxes are then distributed to local organizations in need. Throughout the years more than 2800 boxes of food have been packed and distributed to local organizations including My Sister’s Place, Harford Family House, At-A-Glance, Living Classrooms’ Safe Streets Program, The Maryland Coalition of Families, Penn-Mar Human Services, GEDCO, A New Life for Girls, Chase Brexton, Moveable Feast, St. Clement’s Food Pantry, Helping Up Mission and The Arc Baltimore.
