Sean Harding is an Associate in the firm’s General Litigation Group where he focuses his practice on commercial litigation and insurance defense and coverage. Prior to joining PK Law Mr. Harding was a litigation associate representing insurers, boards of education, small businesses, and a Fortune 500 company in contractual disputes, personal injury matters, alternative dispute resolution, employment matters and business tort litigation.
Mr. Harding graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2016. While in law school he was a Litigation Award recipient on the National Trial Team, an articles editor on the Journal of Business and Technology Law and was a student attorney for the HIV/AIDS Legal Clinic. After receiving his juris doctorate he clerked for The Honorable Melanie M. Shaw Geter of the Court of Special Appeals where he conducted in-depth legal research on various issues, including corporate taxation, employment law, zoning, public benefits, evidence, and constitutional law.
Mr. Harding has been an assistant coach for the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law National Trial Team since 2016.
Sean is barred in Maryland, District of Columbia and U.S. District Court of Maryland.
