Congratulations to PK Law Member Ed O’Meally for being elected President/Chair of the Board of Directors of the Carroll County Youth Service Bureau.
The Carroll County Youth Service Bureau (CCYSB) is a private, non-profit organization that is the largest provider of mental health services in Carroll County. Although the name implies that they only serve youth and adolescents, they actually provide a full-service outpatient community mental health program and are the largest provider of mental health therapy and substance use treatment programs in Carroll County. They currently have a staff of approximately 75 caring individuals ranging from receptionists to psychiatrists. The CCYSB has a long and solid relationship with the Carroll County Public Schools, the Carroll Hospital Center, the Circuit Court for Carroll County, and the local business community.
