PK Law Attorney, Kambon “Kam” Williams, was recently appointed to the Maryland Real Estate Commission. Kam is an Attorney in the firm’s General Litigation Group. The Commission was created to protect the health, safety and welfare of the public through examination, licensing, and regulatory activities; to uphold and apply the governing real estate laws and regulations equally to all; to provide courteous, reasonable, and professional assistance; and to impartially conduct disciplinary actions. The Commission regulates approximately 40,000 active licensees in Maryland.
Kambon “Kam” Williams represents insurers in administrative, regulatory, general tort and flood actions. He has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, state and federal mass tort/class actions and a number of federal multi-district class actions. He also has significant experience in cyber security and has taken numerous continuing education classes in the area to maintain his level of knowledge in the area.
