Albert John Anderson (“Jay”) Young is a Member in PK Law’s Wealth Preservation Group and has been practicing law in Harford County for 40 years. His practice is concentrated in the area of business, real property, land use, estate planning and estate administration. He enjoys the distinction of planning and administering many of the largest estates probated in Harford County as well as some of the most significant residential and commercial projects developed in the County.

Upon receiving his J.D., Mr. Young served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Edward A. DeWaters Jr., later Chief Judge of the Third Judicial Circuit of Maryland. He then joined Brown, Brown & Young as an Associate.

Throughout his legal career, Mr. Young has received numerous honors and awards and has been an active member of the community.
