Cormac White is an Associate in the Firm’s General Litigation Group. He received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where he served as an Associate Editor on the Maryland Law Review and participated in the Criminal Defense Clinic. He was named both a Dean’s Scholar and Osborne Scholar, receiving a full-tuition award for three consecutive years. Mr. White also earned CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Criminal Procedure II and Advanced Legal Writing: Intellectual Property.
Before joining PK Law as an Associate, Mr. White gained  valuable experience as a PK Law Summer Associate and as an intern with the Maryland Office of the State Prosecutor. Prior to his legal career, he was an educator in Baltimore City Public Schools, directing programs for Harlem Lacrosse and teaching English and computer coding to middle school students. He also was  an adjunct professor of English at the Community College of Baltimore County and a Graduate Teaching Fellow at the University of Oregon, where he earned his Master of Fine Arts in Poetry.
Mr. White holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees, one in English and one in Philosophy, from the University of Maryland, College Park, both cum laude. Outside the office, he remains active as a volunteer and mentor through Harlem Lacrosse, TouchPoint Baltimore, and the Sebass Foundation.
