Anastacia E. Topaltzas

Anastacia Topaltzas is an Associate in the Firm’s Corporate and Real Estate Group. Anastacia primarily focuses her work on business formation, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and intellectual property.

Prior to starting her role in the Corporate and Real Estate Group, Anastacia was a Summer Associate for the Firm in 2023 and stayed on as a Law Clerk throughout her 3L year at the University of Baltimore School of Law. During her 2L year, Anastacia was a Practice Management Intern at a local firm.

Anastacia received her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she served on the Executive Board of the University of Baltimore Law Forum as Articles Editor.  During her time at UB, Anastacia was a Teaching Assistant for Civil Procedure I and Introduction to Lawyering Skills/Torts.
