Victoria E. Thornton
Victoria is an Associate with PK Law’s Medical Malpractice Group. She represents hospitals, physicians, nurses, and other health care providers throughout the State of Maryland in complex medical malpractice and personal injury claims.
Victoria also has experience representing clients in intellectual property, employment law, business, and general litigation matters.
She has been recognized by her peers as a Maryland Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2023-present.
Prior to entering private practice, Victoria interned for the Honorable Jennifer B. Schiffer and served as law clerk for the Honorable Barry G. Williams at the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. Victoria earned her JD from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2019 where she graduated cum laude. While in law school, Victoria served on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Business & Technology Law and was a research assistant to Professor Karen Czapanskiy.
