Kimya Behbahani Thomas is Counsel in PK Law’s Medical Malpractice Defense Group where she focuses her practice on the defense of individual health care providers and the defense of health care institutions.
Previously she was an associate at the firm where her primary areas of practice were liability defense, commercial litigation, insurance law, and estate litigation representing individual and corporate clients in trials and dispositive hearings in court (state and federal), before administrative and regulatory agencies, and in alternate dispute resolutions settings.
Prior to her return to PK Law, Ms. Thomas was a legal consultant where she advised clients on matters regarding corporate formation, governance and compliance. She counseled business organizations in mergers and acquisitions and prepared contract proposals on behalf of corporate clients pursing commercial and federal business.
