Ms. Smith is a Member in the firm’s Wealth Preservation Group and serve’s as the Group’s Business Manager. Her primary areas of practice are estate planning, probate, trust administration, and tax planning. She obtained her Masters in Taxation in December, 2006, which provides her with a broad base of tax knowledge to assist her clients with their wealth preservation goals.
Ms. Smith also works with couples and families in setting up their estate plan including prenuptial agreements, wills, trusts, naming guardians for minor children, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. She is an Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) designee by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC), a designation that is awarded only to estate planning professionals who meet special requirements of education, experience, knowledge, professional reputation, and character. She is also rated AV-Preeminent® by Martindale-Hubbell, for the highest standards of professional excellence and ethics.
