Ms. Smith is a Member in the Firm’s Wealth Preservation Group and provides leadership to the team as the Group’s Business Manager. Ms. Smith works with individuals, couples, and families in setting up their estate plan including simple and complex wills, various types of trusts, naming guardians and fiduciaries for minor children, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and post and pre-nuptial agreements. She also works with clients on probate and trust administration, special needs planning, and tax planning.
