Sahil P. Shah

Sahil Shah is an Associate in PK Law’s Corporate and Real Estate Group. Sahil focuses his practice on both transactional matters involving real estate, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and secured lending, as well as estate planning matters including drafting prenuptial agreements and planning for professional athletes. Sahil provides comprehensive planning for professional athletes, including advising on how to best structure business ventures, investments, and their estate.

Prior to working at PK Law, he represented financial institutions in syndicated and bilateral loan transactions, as well as taxable and non-taxable bond financings. He is admitted to practice in Maryland, North Carolina, and the District of Columbia. Sahail has been named to the Maryland Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list for Real Estate in 2026.”
