Sahil P. Shah
Sahil Shah is an Associate in the Firm’s Corporate and Real Estate Group.
Prior to working at PK Law, Mr. Shah was an Associate at a firm in North Carolina where he represented banks and other financial institutions in secured financing transactions, including syndicated and bilateral loans and taxable and non-taxable bond deals.
Mr. Shah received his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law and his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
Mr. Shah is barred in North Carolina and Maryland. His admission to the District of Columbia bar is pending.
