    Samantha M. Safchinsky

    Samantha M. Safchinsky is an Associate in PK Law’s Education, Labor and Employment Group. Samantha assists in all types of public and private sector labor and employment matters including employment discrimination and retaliation claims and defense representation in matters that have arisen as a result of the passage of the Maryland Child Victims Act of 2023.

    Prior to PK Law she worked as an Associate at a Baltimore law firm where she gained experience representing union members in contract interpretation arbitrations, appeared in circuit court for 7-207 hearings on behalf of union members, represented Baltimore Teachers Union members in Child Protective Services investigations, and assisted with preparation of briefs for unfair labor practice charges.

    Ms. Safchinsky received her J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in May of 2023 where she was the Evening Division Class President. She is a Member of the Maryland State Bar and was admitted to the Maryland Court of Appeals in 2023. Prior to law school she worked in the service industry as a server and general manager. She received a B.A. in Journalism in May of 2014 and was the Managing Editor of the Rowan University School Newspaper.
