Clarke Rich is an Associate in the Firm’s Labor and Employment Group.
Prior to joining PK Law, Ms. Rich was a Baltimore City Assistant Public Defender where she represented clients, primarily charged with criminal misdemeanors. As part of her trial preparation responsibilities she interviewed clients and witnesses, reviewed evidence, conducted legal research, strategized, and prepared direct and cross-examinations.
Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Rich was a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge Gregory Sampson with the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. Ms. Rich received her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2021. While in law school, she was a Rule 19 Student Attorney with the Innocence Project Clinic, worked as a law clerk in a criminal defense law firm and interned at the McLean County Law and Justice Center Public Defender’s Office in Bloomington, Illinois. She was also a member of the Criminal Law Association, Monumental City Bar Association, and Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity.
