Prior to joining PK Law, Mr. Parkins provided general counsel and general defense litigation services to numerous municipalities and business organizations.

Mr. Parkins was a Law Clerk for the Honorable Joseph M. Getty and the Honorable Clayton Greene, Jr. of the Supreme Court of Maryland.

Mr. Parkins received his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law. While in law school, he was a member in the Business and Tax Law Association and was a Staff Editor for the University of Baltimore Law Forum. Mr. Parkins received his M.B.A. from the University of Baltimore, Merrick School of Business and received his B.A. from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in Philosophy.
