Mr. Nghieu is an Associate in the firm’s Medical Malpractice Group. He graduated from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2018. While in law school, he served as an Articles Editor for the Journal of Business and Technology Law. He was part of the Academic Achievement Program, the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association and a Member of the Student Health Law Organization. Mr. Nghieu was a Research Assistant to Professor Frank Pasquale. While in this position, he conducted research into various areas of antitrust and automation for Professor Pasquale’s speaking engagements and his book New Laws of Robotics: Defending Human Expertise in the Age of AI.
Prior to joining PK Law, Mr. Nghieu worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Circuit Court for Cecil County and aided the Honorable Jane Cairns Murray.
He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Science Business Administration from The Pennsylvania State University in 2012.
