Taylor Ann Hughes

Taylor Ann Hughes is an Associate in the Firm’s Medical Malpractice Defense Group.

Taylor was born and raised in Baltimore County and graduated from Mercy High School before earning her B.S. in Biology and minor in Chemistry at Salisbury University. She went on to work in the Baltimore County State’s Attorney’s Office in the Sex Offense/Child Abuse Division, balancing full-time work as a law clerk with attending law school at night at the University of Baltimore School of Law.

Her love of science and curiosity about the world led her to study abroad in Florence, Italy, focusing on evolutionary psychology, and at the University of Aberdeen, where she studied comparative forensics. Taylor brings that same curiosity and analytical mindset to her legal practice, with a particular passion for matters involving science or healthcare.

Outside of work, Taylor spends her time with her two dogs and enjoys discovering the newest restaurants and hidden gems around Baltimore.
