Amy Griboff joined PK Law in 2024 after leading her own estate planning and elder law firm since 2018. Hear her story and how she has helped clients through some very difficult times with her care, compassion, and legal skills. Â
We interviewed two other attorneys. Amy was a breath of fresh air. Amy was the right person to take the case because she went through things like this herself. She knew what kind of papers had to be filed, what kind of documents needed to be signed, and it just worked beautifully. If anybody asks me about a good elder attorney I would so recommend Amy. She saved me. Amy saved me. – Client (husband diagnosed with Alzheimer’s) Â
Ms. Griboff is a Member in the firm’s Wealth Preservation Group and has over 20 years of experience in estate planning, elder law, Medicaid planning, and estate administration.
Ms. Griboff focuses her estate planning services on what is best for her clients. She advises clients and their families on how to prepare for and pay for aging-in-place or downsizing to independent living, assisted living, or a nursing home. Based on the specific wishes and needs of her clients, she designs customized wills, trusts, health care powers of attorney, and financial powers of attorney and seeks guardianships in court when health care and financial decisions need to be made, but the necessary legal documents are not in place to designate someone to do so.
She received her law degree, cum laude, from American University, Washington College of Law, and her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Elder Law from Stetson University in Florida.
Ms. Griboff frequently presents educational seminars both in person and remotely on a variety of estate planning and elder law topics. To learn more contact Ms. Griboff directly at agiboff@pklaw.com or contact information@pklaw.com.
