Christopher Greaney is a Member with PK Law and serves in the Firm’s Medical Malpractice Defense Group. Mr. Greaney focuses his practice on defending individual and institutional health care providers in medical malpractice claims, general health care law, and nursing care cases brought in state and federal courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia. He also represents physicians and other health care professionals in licensure and credentialing matters and in disciplinary proceedings before the Maryland Board of Physicians, the D.C. Board of Medicine, and various other regulatory entities and administrative agencies. Mr. Greaney has extensive experience in all facets of complex litigation, high exposure alternative dispute resolution, and trial and appellate advocacy, and he remains devoted to securing the best possible outcome for his clients in each and every case that he takes on.
Mr. Greaney earned his B.A. from the University of Maryland, College Park, where he double majored in English and History and graduated with honors. He then obtained his J.D. from The University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where he was an Associate Editor of the Maryland Law Review and received awards for his research and written advocacy skills.
Mr. Greaney is a lifelong resident of Maryland and currently lives in Bel Air with his wife and three sons.
