Chantelle is a Member with PK Law and serves as the Chair of the Medical Malpractice Defense Group. She represents hospitals, physicians, nurses, and other health care providers throughout the State of Maryland, District of Columbia, and the federal courts of these jurisdictions, defending complex medical malpractice and personal injury claims. Chantelle also has extensive experience in defending clients in other tort-related complex litigation, including business owners, foster care providers, and residential group home providers. Chantelle has extensive trial experience but takes great pride in winning pre-trial on motion or by voluntary dismissal as well.
Chantelle earned her B.A. in Political Science from Mount Saint Mary’s University in 2003, graduating summa cum laude. She also worked for three years as a paralegal while completing her undergraduate degree. Chantelle graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2006, where she served as the Manuscripts Editor of the University of Maryland Law Journal of Race, Religion, Gender & Class in her third year. Chantelle has been a member of the Maryland State Bar since 2006 and the District of Columbia Bar since 2008. She has been recognized by her peers as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2012-2021, as a Super Lawyer in 2024, and among the “Best Lawyers in America” for Medical Malpractice Defense in 2024 and 2025. Chantelle also believes in giving back to her community and does so through extensive volunteerism.
