Ryan J. Carter

Mr. Carter is an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation Group.

Mr. Carter received his law degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2020 where he also obtained a certificate in Health Law.  Mr. Carter received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from York College of Pennsylvania in 2016.

Prior to joining PK Law, Mr. Carter was as an attorney with a firm in Baltimore City, Maryland, where he practiced civil litigation spanning both state and federal courts in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Virginia.  Mr. Carter’s practice predominantly involved the defense of products liability matters, breach of warranty, tort, and statutory claims against various manufacturers and distributors.  Mr. Carter also worked on labor and employment matters through the firm’s representation of two police labor unions, as well as commercial and business litigation.
