Augustus F. Brown is a Member in PK Law’s General Litigation Group. He is an accomplished and experienced trial attorney primarily representing clients injured in matters related to defective products, unsafe premises, auto accidents, and work. He is also a mediator, arbitrator, and jury trial consultant, providing trial consulting services nationally.
Mr. Brown has been practicing in Harford County for 50 years where he has earned a reputation as a skilled and professional litigator. He is held in high regard and greatly respected by his clients, colleagues, and peers. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, the most prominent recognition any trial lawyer can receive, and a past president of the Maryland Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. Mr. Brown is also highly regarded as a mentor. He teaches trial skills to lawyers and is a faculty member of the Keenan Trial Institute in Atlanta, Georgia. He is the Dean of the Institute’s school teaching other lawyers how to conduct jury focus groups. He also teaches trial attorneys skills to best prepare clients for deposition and trial testimony.
