Nathan H. Adams
Nathan Adams is a Member in the Firm’s Corporate and Real Estate Group. He has experience representing commercial lenders, businesses, and individuals with corporate transactions, business formation, real estate transactions and financing including loan document preparation and review, loan closing transactions, drafting and reviewing leases, drafting and reviewing corporate documents, and business entity formation. He is also part of PK Law’s Sports Law Team where he assists the Firm’s professional athlete clients with business entity formation and business and real estate transactions, partnerships and investments.
Prior to working at PK Law Mr. Adams was Legal Counsel to a private organization, Howden Group, now a division of Chart Industries, an industrial manufacturing company. He also has prior experience at a law firm handling a variety of corporate related matters.
Mr. Adams received his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law and his B.S. in Political Science from Auburn University.
