Nathan Adams is a Member in the Firm’s Corporate and Real Estate Group. He has experience representing individuals and businesses across various industries, including commercial and private lending, healthcare, real estate, professional sports, and hospitality, He assists his clients with all types of corporate transactions – business formation, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, review and negotiation of commercial contracts, and other real estate and business financing. He also provides his clients with corporate governance advice and support and legal guidance on business growth, restructuring, and succession planning.

For those businesses seeking proactive, predictable, and ongoing support and access to legal counsel, Mr. Adams provides business advisory and general legal counsel services. When it fits a client’s particular needs, he can provide those services through a retainer-based arrangement with the monthly retainer amount and scope of legal services tailored to each client.

Mr. Adams is also on PK Law’s Planning for Professional Athletes Team where he assists the Firm’s professional athlete clients with general business guidance, entity formation, and business and real estate transactions, partnerships, and investments.
