Mairi Pat Maguire

“Defending physicians, nurses and other health care providers in medical malpractice lawsuits requires a mastery of the underlying medicine involved in the claim as well as the applicable statutory, regulatory and case law. My nursing background has been invaluable to my ability to successfully defend my health care clients and to relate to them both as a health care provider and their lawyer. I find that my experience and tenacity help me achieve the best possible results for my clients.”
