Pessin Katz Law, P.A. (PK Law), is proud to announce that attorney Kimberly H. Neal has joined the firm as an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Group. 

Ms. Neal received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore School of Law in January 2008 and her B.A. from Mississippi State University in 2002.  She is a Member of the Maryland District of Columbia Bars and focuses her practice on business litigation, including general commercial litigation, the defense of employment-related claims, construction law, and insurance defense.  Ms. Neal is also a member of the National Association of Catering and Events and is Legal Advisor for The Baltimore Fashion Alliance; she especially enjoys assisting clients within the event planning, catering, hospitality and retail industries and presenting business law seminars pertinent to those industries. 

Ms. Neal is an active member of the Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA).  She was appointed to the Civil Pattern Jury Instructions Committee of the MSBA and served three years on the Executive Council for the MSBA’s Section of Young Lawyers. The Section of Young Lawyers recognized Kimberly as its “Most Valuable Player” in 2011, and honored her with its “Distinguished Service Award” in 2010. 

She currently serves as Interim President of the Board of Downtown Baltimore Child Care, Inc., and is a former Member at Large of the Board of Directors for the Maryland Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure. In 2013, Ms. Neal was named to the Daily Record’s list of Leading Women in Maryland, as well as its list of Very Important Professionals 40 years of age and younger who have made an impact in their professional communities.
