Pessin Katz Law, P.A. (PK Law), is proud to announce the expansion of the firm’s Wealth Preservation Department with the addition of Elizabeth A. Green as a Member of the firm. 

Elizabeth A. Green is a Member in PK Law’s wealth preservation department. Ms. Green advises individuals with both basic and sophisticated estate planning needs. Ms. Green has also assisted many clients in addressing the unique issues surrounding disabled and elderly family members. In the area of estate administration, Ms. Green assists individuals in the difficult process of handling the affairs of a deceased family member or close friend. Ms. Green serves as corporate counsel to businesses and works with the owners in the areas of succession planning and mergers and acquisitions as well as being available to assist with on-going business concerns.

A graduate of The Bryn Mawr School for Girls in Baltimore, Ms. Green received her B.A. from University of Pennsylvania in 1994. In 1997, she received her Juris Doctorate from George Washington University Law School. After receiving her law degree, Ms. Green served as law clerk to the Honorable Robert I. H. Hammerman, then Chief Judge of the Baltimore City Circuit Court.

Ms. Green is active in numerous civic organizations. She currently works on planned giving with several institutions in Baltimore, serves on the steering committee of the Planned Giving Roundtable, and is a member of the Board of Trustees of both the Baltimore Jewish Council, and Bnos Yisroel of Baltimore.

She is also a member of the Baltimore Estate Planning Council, the Baltimore Chapter of Women in Insurance and Financial Services and several other professional organizations.

Ms. Green also speaks regularly on topics related to estate planning, estate and trust administration and business succession planning.
