Individualized Continuity of Learning Plan A Template

The Talbot County Public Schools has developed a very good Individualized Continuity of Learning Plan. It includes some provisions provided by by other school systems, including Anne Arundel County Public Schools. What is particularly good about it is its clarity and lack of wordiness. You want to keep things simple and easy to understand, not only by parents and guardians, but by staff who are operating in this new world. The template is below.

You should take meeting notes for each meeting. Type and date your notes.

There is great anxiety about whether school systems are doing the right thing. Remember that the schools in Maryland have never been closed since public schools were begun in 1865. There are no guidelines or roadmaps. You can only do the best you can. What is important is staying healthy.
