Corporate and Real Estate Associate: Seeking an Associate to work with growing Corporate and Real Estate Group.  Ideal candidates have two or more years’ experience in corporate and real estate transactions, knowledge of strategies associated with such transactions, and excellent drafting and research skills.  Less experienced candidates will be considered.
